St. Thomas parish is glad to welcome people in the Millis and surrounding areas to our 2024 Parish Mission. This mission consists of the following:
16 Evening sessions - Mondays and Thursdays at 730pm-830pm for eight weeks beginning October 7 and finishing December 5 (skipping Thanksgiving week)
Each session features a witness talkor presentation that will help you deepen your understanding of God's grace, the life of Christ, or the power of the Sacraments and how you can live it in our current times. Some of the key themes include:
How the sacrament of Baptism is a lifelong help for us to get to Heaven
Why the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ signify a personal invitation for everyone to know Him better and know how much He loves us
Witness talks and catechetical teachings hosted by missionaries from a Catholic outreach organization called the "NeoCatechumenal Way," which aspires to help communities live like the Holy Family in Nazareth in humility, simplicity, and praise.
This initiative is meant to create and foster a renewed community rooted in faith and charity.
